It operates on a standard AAA battery, ensuring a convenient power supply. The system utilises secure BLE (5.0) communication, allowing seamless interaction with smartphones and other approved Bluetooth devices. This feature not only enables remote control applications but is also what opens up avenues for closed-loop algorithms, facilitating precise glucose regulation. With not only smartphone app control, but also an intuitive pump menu system prioritising frequently used functions, alongside a bright LCD screen for emergency operations, the Dana i ensures an accessible and efficient user experience.
